harge of going ingame when needed and visiting players about Technical problems. Once the technical problem has been verified the Counselors may eithier fix it or hand it over to the Developers if a major graphical issue. They also take any bugs or suggestions from the Help Site(which they are in charge of running), or the Forums. They also collect player reports and send them to the Enforcers.
They are differentiated from players or NPCs by their appearance, all Counselors can be identified by their green names and Holographic appearances. However they appear to be wearing a medical officer hat and Kyle Katarn suit and Captain Argyus boots.
